How to Start a Return
Email us at support@lunava.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide full return instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days after approval.
